PRICE LIST

This service will be provided mainly by Sarah Shotton, who is a solicitor with 17 years’ post qualification experience, though he will be assisted by other staff in the firm.  Our service will be charged at an hourly rate of £240.00 plus VAT. Disbursements (such as court fees, barrister/counsels fees, Land Registry title register fees, etc.) will be chargeable separately. We will always consult with you before incurring any disbursements.  For illustrative purposes, we may spend 1.5 – 2 hours reviewing the documentation and information you have provided to us for a particular case, and thereafter Depending on the case we may download a copy of the debtor’s Land Registry title register. Based on our fees as quoted above, this would cost atotal of £500.00 plus VAT, plus £6.00 in connection with the Land Registry documents. Any further work required would also be charged at hourly rate.
